Your Responsibilities - Greet and welcome every customer to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and make product recommendations based on your knowledge.
- Pursue sales goals to meet and exceed store objectives.
- Accurately fulfill online orders according to company guidelines.
- Enhance your product knowledge continually by learning about the latest trends in nutrition, wellness, and fitness.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Working Conditions & Schedule - Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stock areas.
- You will use a computer for up to 60% of your shift.
As a Sales Associate, flexibility is necessary to meet store needs, including:
- Working mornings or evenings to open or close the store.
- Availability during peak hours and weekends.
- Working on major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation and Benefits GNC offers a competitive pay rate of $12.41 per hour, with opportunities to earn extra weekly income through our Individual Sales Incentive Plan.
