Looking for an upbeat positive employee to develop client relationships between our two retail locations.
Job Description
- Create a positive client experience and cultivate + maintain client relationships
- Arrive at 10 am to set up the merchandise and leave around 6:30 pm after the merchandise is packed away and the store is closed.
- Conduct sales - to do so successfully, you will need to have deep product knowledge and pricing knowledge.
- Assist with basic office operations: packing, shipping, and messengering of goods throughout the day
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including quick morning or evening vacuuming, taking out the garbage, and contacting the super when something in the store needs to be repaired (we have a cleaning team once a week)
- Manage supplies for the store
- Manage visiting pop-ups with other brands
- base hourly plus commission
Requirements
- at least 2 years luxury retail experience
- Jewelry knowledge preferred but not necessary
- organized and detailed oriented
- available on weekends
- open to working both in west village and upper east side
