About the Role
Vox is looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Associate to support our growing team. In this role, you'll deepen client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client databases using Salesforce
- Assist business development managers in closing and finalizing deals
- Support client retention activities including anniversary gifts, events, education, and check-ins
- Liaise with key partners to assess satisfaction and evolving requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
- Demonstrate product offerings to clients and provide top-tier customer service
- Attend internal and client meetings alongside the sales team
- Help formulate and execute sales, marketing, and product development strategies
- Contribute to ongoing product development efforts based on market feedback
- Oversee progress and tracking of strategic sales initiatives
- Manage active pipelines and sales activities with precision
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Eagerness to learn and grow industry knowledge
