In this role, you'll be helping us connect with potential clients, manage outreach efforts, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be making a high volume of phone calls and sending outreach messages every day, so being comfortable talking to new people is crucial.

What You'll Be Doing
- Making daily outreach calls to prospective clients
- Sending and responding to messages via email and LinkedIn
- Following up on inquiries and helping keep communication organized
- Using tools like JobAdder, Apollo, Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
- Helping with list building, data entry, and CRM organization
- Working with offshore support teams and following internal processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who's confident picking up the phone and starting a conversation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
