We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting sales, generating revenue, and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This fast-paced, high-energy position requires meeting individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. This position is based 100% at our Camden, NJ US Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Generate revenue by effectively promoting new and existing auto parts to customers.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively initiate sales calls to convert leads into completed sales transactions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, offering technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Order Management: Oversee orders from point of sale to fulfillment, ensuring timely completion and smooth operations.
  • Inventory & Quotes: Provide accurate inventory quotes, suggest alternatives when parts are out of stock, and efficiently close deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Manage daily and monthly sales reports, ensuring accurate data tracking.
  • Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and quotas.
  • Return & Warranty Processing: Handle return orders and warranty claims according to company guidelines.
  • In-Office Role: Engage with customers and manage your sales pipeline on-site at our office.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet quotas.
  • Cold Calling Comfort: Comfortable with cold calling and initiating meaningful sales conversations.
  • Auto Parts Knowledge: Familiarity with auto parts and salvage yards is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience using inventory management systems is preferred.
