The role is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.
Core Functions: - Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install
- Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc.
- Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing
- Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.
Other Required Skills: - Strong communication and listening skills.
- Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
- Update social media, newsletter to keep customer informed.
- Use of computers, spreadsheets and Artificial Intelligence software.
Ideal candidates will also possess: - 3+ years of prior Customer Sales and Service experience
- 3+ year of using Adobe Illustrator
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
