Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant at HumanEdge, you will help streamline operations and enhance the candidate and client experience. Responsibilities include:
- Timesheet Management: Collect, track, and enter consultant timesheets; ensure timely approvals and follow up as needed.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain CRM records based on assignment activity, confirmations, and communication follow-ups.
- Onboarding New Hires
- Sourcing: Utilize internal databases and job boards to research potential candidates.
- Lead Data Entry: Enter and validate lead and candidate information from job boards, referrals, and inbound requests into the CRM.
- Contact Verification: Confirm phone numbers and email addresses for accuracy to maintain clean, up-to-date records.
- Candidate Communication: Reach out to candidates in various industries to schedule introductory or pre-assignment calls with recruiters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment operations, sales support, or staffing administration preferred.
- Familiarity with staffing in one or more professional sectors (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with CRM or ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
