SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our busy staffing office. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of sales and administrative tasks that support our recruiting and client service efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support onboarding tasks such as processing background checks, drug screens, employment and education verifications, and professional references
- Conduct online research to identify new leads and enter accurate data into our CRM systemAssist with posting job openings, managing new requisitions, and reviewing incoming applications
- Maintain and update job boards to ensure active listings are current and optimized
- Provide general administrative support for recruitment and client engagement activities
- Assist in planning and executing basic social media efforts for the company
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior administrative or assistant-level experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or sales support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic social media platforms
