Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact face-to-face with potential customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding service.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts and follow up to help convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist in updating reports and databases.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing strategies and meet campaign goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay current on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Represent Legacy Forward Solutions at events and promotional activities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural talent for building rapport.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges with an open mind.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
