Job Overview:
Attract new clients to the company and manage MNU's commercial relationships, advise clients on the purchase of products. Seeks to recover clients and provide timely and appropriate follow-up.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, get client's information in order to assign them to the correct sales rep
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, offering them a water/coffee and wait for a sales rep
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms
- Receive clients and assign them to their sales rep or if it is a new client, assign them to the correct available sales rep
- Be in constant awareness of clean bathrooms, reception area, and office supplies needed(paper, ink, coffee, cookies,)
- Coordinate cleaning services with the oursourcing company
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/samples shipments from sales reps
Qualifications
- Well organized and self-disciplined
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.
- Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written.
- Multilingual a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM organized, Smartphone experience.
