Job Responsibilities
- Sales presentations: deliver technical presentations for Crystal Instruments product portfolio
- Product demos: conduct online or in-person product demonstration for potential customers
- Customer visits: identify opportunities for Crystal Instruments hardware
- Proposal writing: prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for potential customers
- Technical support: provide first line technical support in the sales process
- Installation support: support existing and new product installations for vibration test systems
- Record-keeping: organize records for existing customer warranty and support
- Expected travel: 40% of the time
Qualifications
- B.S., or M.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant sales industry experience
- Hands-on mechanical and computer skills
- Friendly, social, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time commitment and immediate availability
- Preferred skills in instrumentation, data acquisition, vibration analysis, vibration test and signal analysis
Compensation
- Base salary starting from $90k+ depending on experience and qualifications
- Additional sales commission
- 401k, medical and dental insurance
- 10 days holiday, 14 days PTO
Final compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications.
