Your GEICO Local Office in Youngstown is seeking a sales and service agent who can provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. Sales and service agents will handle inbound sales requests and follow up with customers who've submitted inquiries online. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, is driven, competitive, persuasive, a great listener, and is receptive to coaching.

Responsibilities
We provide a fully-paid top-tier training program which will enable you to effectively:
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients
  • Listen to your clients needs and provide professional insurance guidance
  • Pursue a high volume of new sales inquiries in-person and over the phone
  • Cross-sell customers on a full portfolio of insurance products
  • Complete applications in a high-quality manner
  • Follow-up on warm leads
  • Graciously handle customer service requests

Requirements

Qualified applicants should have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Strong computer, typing, and multi-tasking skills
  • Saturday availability

Preferred skills/experience:
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • History of success in a competitive environment
