Sales and Recruiting Manager

Location : Greenville, Spartanburg, & Anderson area
Schedule : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Role Overview The Sales and Recruiting Manager will drive business development, mentor the sales team, and manage client activities. Key Responsibilities :
•   Business Development (50%) : Lead enterprise sales efforts, including outreach, closing, and negotiations.
•   Sales Training (7.5%) : Conduct weekly training on sales techniques and CRM usage.
•   Client Management (30%) : Guide the sales team, manage client interactions, and support account closings.
•   Team Management (7.5%) : Provide feedback, handle performance discussions, and resolve conflicts.
•   Additional Duties (5%) : Perform tasks to support sales and team development as needed. Qualifications :
•   Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•   Experience : 3+ years in B2B sales with proven success in revenue generation.
•   Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
•   Industry Knowledge : Experience in talent acquisition, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus.
•   Local Network : Strong connections in the Greenville/Spartanburg area preferred. Milestones :
•   3 months : Achieve revenue goals and demonstrate WorkSmart's value.
