As the Sales and Operations Manager you will drive sales growth, manages teams, oversees daily operations, and ensures business efficiency and profitability. You will handle customer relationships, set targets, and coordinate between departments.

Job Duties:

• Manage retail sales and expand business with schools, campgrounds and municipalities

• Track customer inquiries and manage employee hiring, training and satisfaction

• Oversee parts and service departments for profitability and growth

• Inspect, appraise and prepare golf cars for sale

• Maintain the facility, trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations

Job Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or above preferred

• 5+ years of sales experience with proven record of increasing sales

• 5+ years of people management experience in a related field

• Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and computer skills
