Morton and Rudolph Jewelers is seeking a Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are in search of a creative and innovative individual that is knowledgeable about marketing, as well as interested in jewelry and fashion.
We expect our new team member to develop digital marketing strategies, design email campaigns, manage all social media platforms, maintain and update product on our website, collaborate with our designers. The right fit will be a self-starter, detail oriented, and will have an interest to contribute on the sales floor when needed.

Responsibilities
- Management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Create original content and copy for advertising campaigns and all social media platforms
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events
- Capture and edit high-resolution photographs for social media and advertisements
- Develop company graphic design content including logos, mailers, and holiday magazines
- Work closely with customers to determine goals of target audience and generate sales revenue
- Provide excellent customer service and create long-lasting relationships with clients
- Assist in buying of merchandise and collaborate with designers
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories
- Process sales transactions, special orders, and repairs using the POS register system
- Ability to work as a team with the rest of the staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing (1+ years)
- Bachelors degree in marketing or similar field
- Photography experience and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Superior communication skills
- High internal motivation and strong attention to detail
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to conduct transactions electronically
- Adept in time management, organization, and dependability
- Flexibility in schedule to work Saturdays and some evening hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
