Mueller Environmental Designs is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator/Admin to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and ready to support both the sales and HR teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle office tasks, including filing, reports, presentations, and meeting setups

• Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring smooth communication

• Process Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and maintain Quote and Sales Logs

• Support the Executive Team with administrative tasks: managing data, creating spreadsheets, handling messages, and scheduling appointments

• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome

• Assist HR with job application processes

• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and lunch arrangements

• Manage office policies, equipment, and supplies

• Assist with sales exhibits and client needs discovery

• Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Proficient in computer knowledge and basic math skills

• Manufacturing background preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data

• Team player with excellent communication skills
