Bellbrook is a vibrant senior living community nestled in the heart of Rochester, MI -where compassionate care meets active living in a warm, welcoming environment. As part of our sales team, you'll be the first impression and a trusted guide for new residents beginning their next chapter.
In this role, you will:
Build lasting connections with prospective residents and families
Plan and host engaging community events and open houses
Cultivate relationships with referral sources and local professionals
Hit and exceed occupancy and sales goals with creativity and care
Collaborate with leadership to keep Bellbrook thriving and full
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of direct sales experience (senior living or leasing preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfort working with CRM/lead systems (REPS experience a plus.)
A self-starter attitude and heart for seniors
Valid driver's license and flexibility for local travel
