Job Description: Live in Eastern Minnesota Spend 4 - 5 days/week in your territory meeting with providers, counties, schools, etc. to learn their needs, address barriers, and establish partnerships for mental health services. Develop and execute a strategy and plan for increasing referrals and gaining market share. Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in your territory. Deepen relationships with existing referral partners. Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call. Share feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders with internal leaders to inform future marketing and services. Work closely with internal partners including marketing, operations, intake and others. Qualifications Live in Eastern Minnesota Fluent in English 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving sales goals is a plus Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license within three hours driving distance Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment Experience with Microsoft Office, customer relationship management system (HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Benefits Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance 401(k) with employer match, health savings account, and flexible spending account Paid time off and holiday pay Nystrom & Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
