Are you ready to make an impact and take your career to the next level? FlexEnergy Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help drive our marketing efforts while supporting strategic initiatives that align with our brand and business objectives.

In this fast-paced, ever-evolving role, you'll be at the heart of a wide range of marketing and communications activities - from crafting engaging digital content to executing social media strategies, managing website content, and coordinating trade shows and events. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to shape and implement both internal and external communications strategies, ensuring our messaging is consistent, effective, and on-brand.

This role also provides essential administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with vendors and agency partners to create and maintain high-quality content and assets, including:
Presentations, brochures, flyers, case studies, signage, web copy, digital print and media, publications, tactical sales and marketing materials, conference materials, press releases, and social media content.
  • Maintain content calendar for various marketing channels, including print materials, blogs, PR, etc.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and marketing activities.
  • Manage company-branded merchandise inventory and event giveaways.
Sales/Trade Show Support
  • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) information.
  • Track metrics, including leads, pipeline prospects, and customer engagement, to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate and execute sales team email campaigns.
  • Manage conference and tradeshow logistics, including booking space and onsite needs, packing, sorting, and shipping of items, budget tracking, and analyzing event success, leads, as well as ROI.
  • Liaise with conference/tradeshow vendors and assist with event deliverables.
  • Travel to events and work flexible hours while onsite.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop communication, promotion, and customer development plans for each specific trade show or event.
  • Manage Industry Association memberships and maximize member opportunities.
Internal Communications
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, sales success stories, newsletters, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
General Administrative Support
  • Manage print vendors and all collateral, stationery, and business card requests.
  • Assist with travel planning for trade shows, events, meetings, and expense reporting.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
  • Processes vendor invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 4+ years of effective experience and/or a combination of education and experience (B2B, Energy experience is a plus).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, web content, videos, and presentations.
  • Experience with marketing tools and techniques such as CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Basic graphic design (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The successful candidate will work in person at the Corporate HQ office in Centennial, CO.
