LHH is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support and manage various aspects of sales and marketing operations. This role plays a critical part in pricing administration, supplier performance management, account coordination, product/category management, and marketing communications & promotions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners. This is a brand new role due to expansion

Compensation includes a base salary of $60K-$70K + bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off are available.

This role is primarily working from home; 1-4 on site days required per month at our location in Canton, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Support & Sales Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM, government, and distribution customers.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc sales reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage product sample distribution.
  • Organize and prepare for Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
Pricing Administration:
  • Communicate pricing updates and adjustments to customers.
  • Oversee sales price management and D-365 Trade Journal administration.
  • Maintain accurate product acquisition cost records.
Supplier Performance Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key supplier partners.
  • Prepare for and facilitate supplier review meetings.
  • Manage supplier scorecards and ensure clear communication of performance metrics.
  • Oversee the new vendor/supplier setup process.
Product/Category Management:
  • Ensure that all products comply with labeling and registration requirements.
  • Coordinate label creation and development projects.
  • Manage the item/product setup process and ensure proper communication with internal teams.
Marketing Communications & Promotions:
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external agencies to develop marketing materials.
  • Conduct ROI reporting on marketing promotions.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B markets, with a preference for candidates from industrial or commercial chemicals industries.
