Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant. to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who has an outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Create and implement an effective sales strategy

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in marketing and sales

Excellent customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
