Summary/Objective:

This is a full-time position reporting to the Domestic Sales Director. This role will report to domestic sales but will also work with marketing and curriculum department support. The role involves analyzing and documenting sales and marketing data in a CRM, coordinating professional development for customers, and assisting with RFP, RFQ, RFI, and IRM write-ups for K-12 curriculum opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Process customer data into company CRM on a daily basis from orders and leads.
  • Coordinate requirements and quoting of pre-sale professional learning needs with the U.S. domestic sales team.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel for professional development staff fulfilling PASCO's customer needs.
  • Schedule and ensure the prompt fulfillment of professional learning sessions.
  • Prepare monthly reports for sales territory management.
  • Coordinate the processing, packing, and shipping of equipment for customer curriculum evaluations.
  • Manage the setup and scheduling of sales staff training and onboarding.
  • Assist in bid and quote responses for curriculum (including RFQ's, RFI's, IRM's), working with the Curriculum Development Manager.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to manage and process customer contact information and leads in the CRM.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of work-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
  • Experience coordinating events with outside contractors.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and managers.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • AA or BA/BS degree
  • Database experience

The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, twist and turn body. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds, as well as pushing or pulling items with a force of up to 5 pounds.

This position does require the ability to perform under stressful conditions and high-volume demands.
