Sales and Marketing Administrator Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lone Star Turbo is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to skillfully oversee and keep our sales and marketing operations running smoothly
  • Update and maintain Excel sheets, generate reports as directed.
  • Maintain and update pricing models in Excel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Schedule travel and accommodation for guests of Lone Star Turbo
  • Keep our CRM system updated with the latest information.
  • Take and distribute notes and minutes from sales meetings
  • Organize and maintain a SharePoint site for sales and marketing forms including maintenance of controlled documents for easy team access.
  • Assist with BABA, continued credits, shareholder meeting notices, and any additional follow-ups that may be required
  • Assist with business documents, licenses, event registrations, and compliance paperwork
  • Plan and coordinate regional trade shows and follow-ups
  • Update sales region maps and consultant maps
  • Maintain and update customer reference lists for the team including researching past jobs and calling for references.
  • Update channel partner contracts and coverage maps
  • Support marketing initiatives as assigned
Skills and Qualifications (Required)
  • 5+ years professional administrator in similar field
  • Proven experience with relevant administrative processes and Event planning
  • Highly Organized : Demonstrates strong organizational skills in all tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented : Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work.
  • Reliable : Consistently follows up on tasks and meets deadlines.
  • Strong Communicator - Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with computers, Excel (ability to generate and interpret reports), AI, SharePoint, CRM, Research Capabilities, and other relevant software.
  • Communicative : Able to make phone calls and communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
Skills and Qualifications (Preferred)
  • An accredited degree in a relevant field of study

Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • May need to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
