Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to play a key role in supporting the Director of Operations and Sales Manager by managing office operations, vendor relationships, and logistical processes.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Act as the primary contact for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and event planning.
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Operations and Sales Manager by handling administrative tasks and assisting with project coordination.
- Maintain and organize documentation, contracts, and other operational records.
Vendor and Contract Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with office vendors and service providers, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Logistics Coordination:
- Monitor and oversee logistics processes, ensuring that deliveries, shipments, and supply chain operations are executed seamlessly.
Requirements - The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills; fluency in ENG & SPA highly preferred.
- Previous experience in office operations, vendor management, and/or logistics coordination.
