About Us and Why We're Hiring Radical Wellness is a well established dental practice that has been in business since 2007. Our doctors provide holistic dental care. We are proud to offer such services to help our patients achieve their oral health and wellness goals. We have made a positive impact on our community for over a decade. We have just recently added to our team of doctors and with that comes the need for additional treatment planning and sales. We are also adding a remote airway center in Memphis and will be managing all front office services in our main office in Franklin for that location. Requirements: You have graduated from high school. You're comfortable answering phone calls and delivering information to a wide variety of sources. You are confident in your ability to form rapport and connect with people to assist them in finding solutions to help them achieve their health goals. You are motivated by the opportunity to increase your compensation through performance indicators and parameters. You learn quickly on a computer and are capable of maneuvering around a savvy software system. You are comfortable in an fast-paced, ever-changing, ever-growing environment.
