The
Sales & Campaign Specialist plays a crucial role in handling all sales administrative functions before and after the contract phase. Your responsibilities will include generating new customer leads, preparing captivating sales presentations and proposals, and coordinating the execution of successful advertising campaigns.

Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
- Photography experience preferred
- Experience with data management and Gmail is a plus
Job Responsibilities: Prior to Contract Phase: - Prospect and generate new customer leads for the sales team
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Provide necessary product, promotion, and pricing information
- Assist in the charting process and maintain customer databases
- Track and consolidate sales expenses for reimbursement
Post Contract Phase: - Coordinate and monitor ongoing campaign activities to ensure timely execution
- Communicate updates on campaign status to Account Executives and customers
- Manage and review campaign progress, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work with clients to obtain approvals on artwork
- Take glamour photos and upload them into the company system
Work Environment: - Primary work takes place in the office, with occasional fieldwork
- Travel requirements are minimal, less than 10%
- Camera provided during work hours; employee will drive their own vehicle with a monthly allowance
