We're on the hunt for a motivated Sales & Business Development pro to help us expand our reach and drive new business relationships across precision CNC Machining, Fabrication, Stamping, and Tooling divisions. You'll be the face of our brand-building relationships, managing key accounts, uncovering opportunities, and helping customers succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Be on the front lines of sales and relationship-building, driving new customer acquisition and leading account qualifications
  • Own a mix of inside and outside sales, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, networking, and in-person relationship development
  • Leverage company strengths; Collaborate with our estimating and operations teams to align customer needs with capabilities-and close the deal
  • Manage and grow key accounts while helping shape the customer experience model
  • Travel 30%, mostly in the Midwest, with some national trips based on opportunity

What You Bring:

  • Some prior experience in sales or a metals, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred, but not necessarily required; hungry, self-motivated candidates are encouraged to apply - willing to develop strong talent
  • A knack for relationship-building and a natural curiosity for solving problems
  • Strong work ethic & determined mindset
  • Should have some mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 40% as needed
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and modern sales practices.
