Position Summary:

The Sales Analyst plays a key role in driving the growth of the KemperSports Venues portfolio by combining analytical insights with hands-on sales and prospecting support. Based in Mansfield, TX, this individual will support new business development by analyzing sales data, researching markets and decision makers, managing outreach, and supporting meetings and proposals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze internal sales performance and external market trends to support data-driven decision-making
  • Create, manage, and interpret dashboards and reports that track KPIs across venue operations and sales
  • Research and qualify new business opportunities, including municipalities, park districts, developers, and private entities
  • Monitor industry developments, RFPs, and municipal activity to stay ahead of potential leads
  • Identify and research key decision makers, maintain contact lists, and support relationship development
  • Assist in building and managing a robust CRM pipeline with accurate and current records of prospects and outreach activity
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns, including drafting emails, organizing prospecting efforts, and supporting call scheduling
  • Develop and prepare custom presentations and pitch materials for new business meetings
  • Contribute to proposal writing, including data gathering and market analysis inputs for RFP responses
  • Support leadership in scheduling and preparing for prospect meetings and follow-up communications
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and development teams to align growth strategy and messaging
  • Provide insights and analysis that support budgeting, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, marketing, or related field preffered
  • 2+ years experience in sales analytics, business development, or research preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Excellent research and writing skills; detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Passion for sports, recreation, and community-based programs a plus
