The Sales Analyst is responsible for interpreting multiple data points to assist in encouraging profitable business solutions. The Sales Analyst also supports the Chain Sales Director with high-level administrative needs.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends and provide actionable insight to guide continuous improvement
- Support sales team by providing timely reporting and critical thinking
- Develop planograms and organize products based on sales strategies
- Visit store sets to see where improvements can be made in category management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization related to sales
- Support the Chain Sales Director with administrative needs
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned department projects
- Review sales activities for compliance with internal policy and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other functional areas such as IT, Portfolio and Marketing to support the strategic vision of the organization through chain sales initiatives
- Selling materials for MBO and NPI in advance to promote selling
- Main contact for data consultants to keep sales staff up to date on data trends and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Business Administration or related field
- 18 years of age or older
- Three or more years' analyst experience preferred
- Two years' beverage sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Understanding of maintenance of ERP systems/software data bases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, set goals and accomplish responsibilities with limited supervision
- Strong analytical skills and numeric ability
- Basic understanding of SQL preferred
- Must possess good communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience developing and managing projects
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
- Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
- Critical-thinking skills to develop, adjust and recommend changes
