We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
