We are looking to recruit a sales advisor with ambition, drive, and a passion for perfume and client experience. You will be working in our luxurious boutique located in Beverly Hills and will contribute to its growth and success by supporting our high standards of service excellence.

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Advisor are to maintain outstanding customer service and uphold the HJ Mission and Core Values. Sales Advisors take pride in maintaining a customer-first philosophy and are essential to delivering the best experience possible.
Their missions, field of consultation, and action extend to generating sales, building client relationships through personalized service and follow-up, maintain boutique visual appeal and organization, quality control, and support boutique management.
Role & Responsibilities
Sales and Services
- Act as a knowledgeable and proud ambassador of Henry Jacques
- Apply excellent service skills while advising in a professional and personalized manner
- Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and guests to create a tailored experience
- Work in compliance with high-standard company practices in accordance with luxury brand requirements
- Offer genuine and approachable assistance while ensuring the sales floor is maintained to the highest standards
- Operate POS system and collect payments in person and via phone
- Meet and achieve key performance metrics while striving to exceed targets and expectations
- Execute daily operations, tasks, and priorities assigned by the boutique manager
CRM
- Build lasting connections with clients and engage in the tools and development of the CRM application.
- Manage personal database of clients by prioritizing follow-up goals and tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients via Phone, E-mail, and WhatsApp
Team Training Participation
- Support the goals of others and communicate training needs and areas of opportunity
- Be a vocal and engaged team member while positively and confidently responding to assigned tasks
- Take initiative to support boutique maintenance, including merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Prioritize in-store communications, engage in team briefings, and relay updates and messages
- Be aware of the Brands'calendar- locally and globally and social media initiatives.
- Maintain curiosity and strive towards continued growth in communications, sales, and product knowledge.
