Addison Group is working with a client seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in a project-based or service-oriented industry.
Job Description:
The Contract Administrator supports contract coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-bid through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing bid documentation and project agreements
- Maintain records and manage contract versions, changes, and renewals
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure up-to-date contract info
- Track timelines and ensure contract compliance across departments
- Review and submit documents such as bonds, insurance forms, and updates
- Monitor changes and coordinate with accounting on cost-related impacts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in contract or sales administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, or ERP tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience with forecasting and budgeting is required
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (or relevant experience)
Additional Details:
- Full-time, on-site role
- Must be available to train in Houston Monday - Friday for 3 months (all expenses covered)
- Moderate exposure to warehouse or construction-type environments may occur
- Must be comfortable with sitting or working at a computer for extended periods
