We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for administrative duties for our Sales team.

Responsibilities:

Help ensure client satisfaction

Provide product renewal assistance working closely with sales team

Provide assistance with project initiation.

Provide weekly reporting for management metrics.

Manage the RMA process between client, distributor and client.

Manage the sales order processes and initiation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative, sales or related experience

Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiar with standard office software applications
