Job Title: Sales Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Corporate Project Manager with estimate preparation and contract processing
Set up and manage customer portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Provide clients with necessary documentation, including COIs, W-9s, and WBENC certifications
Facilitate a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new customers
Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms
Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize digital advertising efforts
Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events
Manage marketing materials inventory and oversee the design and ordering process for new collateral
Provide administrative support to the sales, estimating, and contract administration teams
Help prepare reports, handle client communications, and perform general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
