Job Title: Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Project Manager with estimate preparation and contract processing

  • Set up and manage customer portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date

  • Provide clients with necessary documentation, including COIs, W-9s, and WBENC certifications

  • Facilitate a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new customers

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize digital advertising efforts

  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events

  • Manage marketing materials inventory and oversee the design and ordering process for new collateral

  • Provide administrative support to the sales, estimating, and contract administration teams

  • Help prepare reports, handle client communications, and perform general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
