Job Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities? We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support one of our client in Mt. Prospect.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth sales operations by submitting approval requests, processing point-of-sale (POS) credits, and assisting with sales programs. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail will help keep our records accurate and our processes efficient.
This is a part-time role, with working hours not exceeding 30 hours per week.
Work Experience What you will be doing:
- Submit and track approval requests for the Sales team
- Accurately process and manage POS credit requests
- Provide administrative support for sales initiatives and promotions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records using Excel
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and data summaries
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues
- Ensure seamless communication across departments
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
