The Company:

Our client is an established supplier and wholesaler of ladieswear to the high street. They now require a Sales Administration Assistant to join and support the team.

The Role:

  • Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales operations.
  • Handle customer queries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Support with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Assist in preparing for inhouse meetings and presentation via emails.
  • Attending customer meetings.
  • Process and manage sample developments.
  • Liaise with suppliers and teams in overseas offices.
  • Help Sales Manager in finalising the orders with buying department.
  • Ensure clear communication across sales and merchandising departments to help in smooth processes

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritise accordingly.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work well under
  • Work well under pressure unsupervised using your own initiative.
