The Company:
Our client is an established supplier and wholesaler of ladieswear to the high street. They now require a Sales Administration Assistant to join and support the team.
The Role:
- Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle customer queries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Support with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Assist in preparing for inhouse meetings and presentation via emails.
- Attending customer meetings.
- Process and manage sample developments.
- Liaise with suppliers and teams in overseas offices.
- Help Sales Manager in finalising the orders with buying department.
- Ensure clear communication across sales and merchandising departments to help in smooth processes
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in sales.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritise accordingly.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- You will be self-motivated and able to work well under
- Work well under pressure unsupervised using your own initiative.
