The Opportunity:
As the Sales Administrator, you'll be the glue that holds the sales and marketing teams together. From booking travel to ordering lunch for Monday meetings, you'll be the go-to support for a dynamic crew that includes the Sales Manager, Marketing Lead, Customer Service Manager, and senior leadership. This is not your typical buttoned-up admin role-this is about being flexible, being helpful, and making life easier for the people around you. In this role, you can expect to:
- Coordinate travel for all divisions and executive leadership
- Organize logistics for marketing events and internal meetings (lunch included.)
- Manage office supplies and inventory across departments
- Support executive leadership (including calendar and special projects)
- Register teams for golf outings (yes, it's part of the job-and yes, it's as fun as it sounds)
