Our client, a popular online gifting service, is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support their team in Jericho, Long Island.


Hours are typically 20/ week. Open to candidates to work 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm.


Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders
  • Tracking all orders ensuring timely deliveries
  • Support customers with any order issues / billing issues
  • Help create reports to track order information
  • Assist with coordinating event florals
  • Provide sales support
  • Issue quotes for customer orders
  • Manage email communications
  • Set up customer profiles in the internal system
  • Complete data entry in Excel as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience in customer service, administration, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A strong interested in Sales or Admin work.
  • Must be able to commute to Jericho Long Island.
