About the Role: As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent communication with customers and accounting. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for teamwork.
Key Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative position.
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate interaction between the sales team, accounting, and customers.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Highly proficient in computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Your Daily Tasks Will Include: - Checking the lockbox daily and posting customer payments to their respective accounts, including verifying eligibility for earned discounts.
- Invoicing for lumber shipments from the previous day.
- Coordinating truck schedules for lumber pickups and ensuring timely shipment of loads.
