The Sales Administration & Support Analyst provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team and assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities. Duties include record keeping and the generation of reports on sales targets and other related metrics. The role also coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events, including travel planning. Responsibilities:
• Prepare presentation materials and exhibits
• Train and support the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to implement sales initiatives.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments while documenting and sharing ideas and decisions
• Monitor the sales process and provide support to the team by assessing and interpreting data-driven results.
• Tracking and reporting on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity.
• Creating proposals and presentation material.
• Maintains client databases using CRM tools. Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following. Analytical:

Education: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience. Language Ability:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Must effectively present information to top management. Math Ability:
• The ability to choose suitable mathematical methods or formulas to determine quotes, calculate lead times, and standard sales essentials. Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and be able to interpret various technical instructions. Computer Skills:
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM software. Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
