WHO YOU ARE:
Teton Ridge is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Sales leaders and team in achieving revenue goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will play a critical part in streamlining administrative processes, coordinating team activities, and contributing to the success of the sales strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role may be based in Fort Worth, TX or New York, NY.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Sales Support and Administration
- Aid the Sales Operations teams throughout the campaign lifecycle when needed, gaining exposure to proposal preparation, marketing collateral development, inventory management, activation and reporting.
- Assist with asset management and sales data maintenance in CRM, order management, and trafficking systems.
- Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and workflows to streamline administrative and sales operations.
Team Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for sales leaders, coordinating tasks and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Enhance team effectiveness by managing administrative needs, including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
Event Management and Coordination
- Plan and execute events for the Sales team, including meetings, training sessions, and client engagements.
- Manage logistics, communications, and follow-up for sales-related events to ensure successful outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Familiarity with event planning and travel coordination.
- Experience in the sports, media, or entertainment industries; knowledge of the Western sports and rodeo culture is a plus.
