Sales Administrator
Location: Onsite - Michigan City, IN
Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour



Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Michigan City, IN. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, engaging with customers, and assisting with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Greet and assist customers in-person, ensuring they are directed to the right sales representative
  • Gather and document visitor information, including the purpose of their visit
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional activities
  • Perform light website maintenance, including updating product listings and company information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of website maintenance and social media marketing
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
