We are seeking an Sales Admin Coordinator to join the team in Valdosta, GA
Status of hire: Full time

Responsibilities:
• Manage the administrative tasks related with the Sales and Technical Sales
• Supporting the sales and technical sales department
• Managing the day-to-day activities related to sales, order entry, shipping logistics and customers' administrative functions.
• Maintenance of each customer's data, pricing, and volumes in our system
• Receipt and processing of customer demand forecasts
• Order Processing and maintenance
• Enter orders in ERP System and Review for accuracy and compliance with each Customer Supply Agreement's terms and conditions or with approved Catalog pricing directives.
• Issue customer purchase order acceptance, corrections, or rejections notifications.
• Issue advance warnings of each customer's actual volumes and projections vs. contracted volumes
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate processing of orders and delivery.
• Complete invoice subcomponents for PO and Invoice generation
• Communicate with each KAM and each customer on the status of each order
• Escalate discrepancies or delays with orders.
• Maintain Customer's performance vs. contract
• Data Mining
• Coordinate with NPD Department on status of all NPDs and communicate internally and to each customer the status of NPD process
• Trend sales and market data including regular analysis and reporting of Nielsen market data.
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound inquiries for quotes for custom and catalog items
• Monitor inventory level, to minimize slow-moving and insure cleanout of obsolete materials.
• Create and update Customer Service Scorecard (quality or service complaints, % of In-full, on-time deliveries, etc.)
• Prepare samples and shipping documents necessary to provide bottle samples to customers.
• Log and maintain the Customer Complaint database.
• Maintain and organize the Sales department SharePoint.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including Key Account Managers
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Inventory balances by customer in close coordination with KAMs and with the Finance Department
Requirements:
• Sales support
• 2 or 4 year degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Data mining
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task with the ability to prioritize workflow.
Good communication skills for internal and external communications.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to traverse steps without assistance.
• Essential physical requirements such as climbing, bending, reaching, standing, stooping or typing.
Must be able to sit at a desk and use typical office equipment including computers and other electronic equipment for up to 8 hours a day.
