Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of existing customer accounts while actively identifying new food industry prospects within your territory.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide product education, and propose relevant solutions.
- Assist in launching new product lines and promotional campaigns with guidance from senior sales leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sample requests, product demos, and trade marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales progress using CRM tools and weekly reporting.
- Participate in trade shows and regional food industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Partner with distributor representatives and brokers to support sales initiatives, including product trainings and territory planning.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, ideally within food, beverage, packaging, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in sales or the food industry.
