Internship Overview
The BIGO LIVE Family Management team is seeking a passionate and self-starting Account Intern to support our fast-paced and growing Family Programs team. Families on BIGO LIVE are community-based groups that foster engagement, live collaboration, and platform culture. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys community-building, problem-solving, and relationship management, and is excited about working with creators, live streamers, and community leaders.
Key Responsibilities
As an Sales & Account Support Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Assisting in managing and supporting top-performing families and helping identify and grow new high-potential families.
Assisting in organizing programs, gathering feedback, supporting virtual events, and contributing to weekly data tracking and performance analysis - all while learning how to drive real business impact on one of the world's leading livestreaming platforms.
Assisting in delivering best-in-class customer experience: reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the family accounts and proactively anticipate any challenge.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Excellent in negotiations, account, or vendor management. Team management experience is a plus.
Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively providing effective solutions to customer needs.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Sound analytical skills in Google sheet(excel).
