The Account Specialist is responsible for account management, building relationships, and interacting with internal and external customers to provide a seamless customer service experience.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts.
  • Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company.
  • Inside sales and order entry.
  • Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements
  • Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts
  • Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales/customer service experience.
  • Aerospace experience is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, "go-getter," great follow through, team player
