POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Account Manager plays a key role in promoting the ASI Securities brand and
services within the market. This position is responsible for driving awareness and
engagement, enabling ASI to deliver premium, value-added integrated security and
life safety solutions. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will develop and
implement an elite-level customer experience strategy that sets ASI Security apart
from the competition.

Axis Global Enterprises (ASI Security), is a Virginia-based Security Systems integrator
with a proven record of delivering mission-critical security and communications
solutions to Government and Commercial clients since 1995. Our 27+ years of
performance includes Consulting, Site Assessment, Solution Development, Product
Specification, Installation, Maintenance and Service contracts. Due to all this great
growth, we recently created a Residential and Small Commercial Security Division
that we are focused on growing to help serve our community.
OBJECTIVES
Establish and strengthen ASI Security's presence in the market by promoting its
integrated security and life safety solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities to expand ASI Security's market share by engaging
potential clients and developing tailored security solutions.
Design and implement a superior customer experience strategy to differentiate
ASI Security from competitors.
Collaborate with industry professionals, stakeholders, and partners to enhance
ASI's reputation and service offerings.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed
sales targets.
Utilize market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales approaches and
identify emerging business opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and proposal development to secure new business
and maximize profitability.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and
client satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate preferred; Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with IDS, ACS, Networking, and Camera Systems is essential. DCJS
registration is a plus.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas with a track record of honesty and
integrity.
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with
the ability to work independently.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; may need to provide a DMV record and
obtain a security clearance based on contract requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing, speaking, walking, and/or sitting at a computer.
May be required to lift items up to 75 pounds.
