Sales Account Manager Required for an Aircraft Parts Company in South Florida.


Seeking an Sales Account Manager to help drive revenue growth and support the day-to-day operations of an aircraft parts sales team This role is responsible for achieving maximum aircraft part sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing direct customer engagement with team leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and customer relationship management.
  • Receive and manage inbound calls from customers, process orders, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Personally identify, contact, and secure new business accounts and opportunities.
  • Support the Sales Director in supervising and guiding the Inside Sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day oversight to ensure efficient and professional team operations.
  • Monitor sales metrics and assist with forecasting and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Proven experience in aircraft parts sale/trading, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous leadership or team supervision experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Available to work on site in South Florida.
