Pocket Link USA - Sales Account Manager - Western USA

Company Overview: Pocket Link, an established multinational software company, is seeking an energetic, aggressive self-starter to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. This is a field-based position focused on managing outbound phone, email and in-person contact with existing and prospective clients within the western USA region.

Location Requirement: Candidate must reside in the Los Angeles, CA metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Identify and attend relevant trade shows and engage with industry associations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Generate and qualify new leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts through phone calls, in-person visits, networking, and industry events to expand our solutions' reach, drive new business, and secure contract renewals.
  • Pre-Sale Leadership: Master and lead all pre-sale processes.
  • Presentations and Demos: Conduct remote and in-person presentations and demonstrations.
  • Team Participation: Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all established policies and procedures of Pocket Link.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving/exceeding revenue expectations, preferably in B2B, software, SAAS, subscription, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid and active driver's license.

Employment Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday.
  • Compensation: Base salary + competitive commission structure with unlimited growth potential.
