A leading supplier of high-quality polymer resins, specializing in Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE). Products are used in industries such as automotive, packaging, consumer goods, and industrial applications. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and help drive growth in the polymer resin sector.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the polymer resin market, specifically PP and PE.
  • Promote and sell our range of polymer resins to manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in various industries.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for PP and PE resin applications.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for PP and PE resins.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in sales, no less than 4 years in the polymer, plastics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) resins and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience working for a plastics resins distributor.
